Hey Florida Tech, you can now chat with a Florida Tech Reference Librarian. Our new service, Ask a Librarian has gone live! We are available to chat from 10-noon and 2-8 M-TH, 10-noon and 2-4 Fridays, and 3-8 on Sundays.
To chat: Go to http://www.lib.fit.edu/ and click on Ask A Librarian under Express Links on the left side of the screen, give us your name and email address, type a question and click on connect.
Keep in mind this service works best for quick questions or questions that require a direct answer. You can also ask questions in person, by phone, or by email. We are looking for your thoughts and ideas about this new service, so please let us know what you think.
